Granard Motte Community Enterprise Visitor Centre Project
Without the support receive for our 500 Members Draw, this project would simply not be possible. It has enabled the committee to provide a deposit on the purchase of the property. It also enabled the committee to obtain a bank loan to complete the sale. It is anticipated that the draw will continue for a further 7 years in order to repay the bank loans.
